Terms of Service
Zine Digital provides OppenMailer from Lagos, Nigeria. These terms govern access to the platform, subscriptions, billing, and the acceptable use rules that apply to every workspace.
Service Scope and Accounts
OppenMailer is a multi-tenant email operations platform. Workspace owners are responsible for account security, team access, provider credentials, and all activity that occurs within their workspace unless caused by our own breach of these terms.
Acceptable Use
You may use the service only for lawful messaging with appropriate recipient consent. Abuse, malware, phishing, fraudulent sending, deceptive headers, and attempts to undermine deliverability or platform security are prohibited.
Billing, Suspension, and Termination
Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle presented at checkout. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, security incidents, provider complaints, or legal requests, with commercially reasonable notice where possible.
Liability and Governing Law
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Except where liability cannot be excluded, Zine Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
